Just like we protect your privacy with enterprise-level security, we stand behind the quality of our collectibles with a fair and transparent returns policy.

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:

• Be in original, unopened packaging
• Have all original tags and labels attached
• Be in resalable condition (no damage, wear, or alterations)
• Include all original accessories and documentation
• Be accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation

Step 1: Request Authorization

Contact our Collector-Care team within 15 days of receiving your order:

• Use the subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”
• Include the template below with all required information

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

• Return Authorization Number
• Shipping instructions and return address
• Any special packaging requirements

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely using the original packaging when possible. Include:

• Return Authorization Number clearly visible
• Original packing slip or order confirmation copy
• All items in original condition

Step 4: Processing & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Processing time: 3-5 business days
• Refund issued to original payment method
• Exchange items shipped via your original shipping method

Refund Timeline:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
• Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless due to our error
• Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility unless due to our error

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new items once we receive and process your return. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
